A fresh Boerewors roll is perfect for a lunch time meal, or prepare them smaller sizes and present as finger food to feed a crowd.

INGREDIENTS

Cheese Boerewors
Rocket
Tomato
White Roll

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Heat up the BBQ
2. Coat the Boerewors in oil
3. Grill the Boerewors over the flame, flipping it when needed.
4. When ready, take the Boerewors off the grill and slice in halves
5. Slice your roll, and place rocket and tomato on top
6. Add the sliced Boerewors to the roll, and any sauces and close it up
7. Enjoy your creation!
