Sometimes after a big night out you may trawl the depths of your city for the infamous HSP, part potato fried goodness with a meaty and cheesy finish!

Ingredients:
- 1 box of your finest kebab shop chips or freshly prepare your own chips
- Grated cheese
- Chilli Sauce
- Garlic Sauce
- Oregano or Mixed Herbs
- 300g of sliced Biltong
Instructions
- Grab the box of pre-prepared kebab shop chips or home cooked chips.
- Place the sliced Biltong over the chips.
- Add the grated cheese, and spread it out so it covers all of the chips.
- Add more Biltong and then place into a microwave for 2 minutes until cheese has fully melted.
- Once ready remove the HBSP from the microwave and add the sauces (Any sauce can be used).
- Sprinkle some oregano or mixed herbs, then dig in!
